Brief Announcement

Hello Neighbors,

I hope everyone is having a nice Memorial Day.

A lawn application will occur on May 28th, so we are advised not to take children or pets on the lawns for 24 hours from that application.

AJ Blosenski’s trash services are delayed one day for the holiday. Trash and recycling can be put out Wednesday evening for Thursday morning pickup.

Finally, there will be no HOA meeting this week. We look forward to seeing everybody come out for our annual meeting outside by the rec area, which will be 7/29/25 at 6pm.

Remaining HOA meeting dates for 2025 are 9/23/25, and 11/25/25.
