August Updates

Hi neighbors,

• We will be hosting a community yard sale on Saturday, September 6th, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Everyone is welcome to set up their belongings for sale on their own driveways. Giovanna was kind enough to create a flyer announcing the yard sale that we can post on social media, etc. Jim offered to put out his yard sale signs that morning. Thank you both! Feel free to reach out to Cary Sherk with any questions. We hope you will join us. Happy cleaning out!
  

• R&S was out here last week filling in the existing trail from the gazebo around the tot lot to the mailboxes. They created a swale behind the mailboxes to divert water from washing through the mailboxes. It is going to look much nicer to have fresh grass out there. Thank you for your cooperation in staying out of the area for a little while longer until the grass grows. Another major thank-you to Jim and Josh for taking so much time to water and care for the grass seed!
  

• The remaining HOA meeting dates for 2025 are 9/23/25, and 11/25/25 at 6pm. Unless otherwise stated, the meetings will be in home #110.
  

• Finally, a major thank-you to Jim Kintz, Ashanti London, and Ben Yocum for volunteering to join the HOA Board. At the annual meeting, they were voted in unanimously. Melissa Needles and Cary Sherk remain alongside them. Thank you all!!
