Annual Meeting this Tuesday

Due to the expected heat, our Annual Open Meeting will occur at Jim & Josh’s house, NVG 110, at 6 pm on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025.

All Homeowners are encouraged to attend.  This meeting aims to keep you up to speed with the projects currently in front of the Board, review our financials for 2025, and discuss plans for Village Greene. It is also an opportunity to share your thoughts and ask questions.  In addition, the annual election for three (3) Board openings will be held at this meeting.

Each unit is entitled to one (1) vote per vacancy on the Board. You may vote at the meeting or submit a proxy in person before the Annual Open Meeting.  There are three (3) positions on the Board to be filled. Two are for 2 years term and one for one year term. Your presence in person or by proxy is essential to obtain a quorum for this election.

If you cannot attend the Annual Open Meeting, you may designate someone to bring your proxy or send your ballot.  If you choose to send your proxy in this manner, fill out the attached proxy and email it to ed@dcs9.com no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, July 28, 2025, for your vote to be considered.
